Approve the design and submit a deposit of 50% to begin production.
What is the difference between working with a designer and a jewelry bench for a custom piece?
When you work with a jewelry designer, you're not just commissioning a piece — you're investing in their artistic vision, distinctive style, and brand. Designers often have a signature aesthetic, and custom pieces are created within that creative framework. If a design request shifts too far from their style, they may refer you to another jeweler who can better bring your vision to life. You're not just paying for materials and CAD work — you're paying for their creative direction and design expertise.
On the other hand, a bench jeweler typically focuses on craftsmanship and technical execution. They may work across a wide range of styles and are often more flexible in adapting to a client’s specific design ideas. In this case, the client’s vision leads the process, and the jeweler helps bring it to life with their skills and input.

Do you work with gemstones or diamonds not purchased through Parvin Designs?
Yes, we’re happy to work with your own gemstones or diamonds. Before we begin, our trusted gemologist will carefully examine your stone to ensure it’s in good condition and suitable for setting. This helps us identify any existing damage or structural concerns that could affect the stone’s durability during the setting process.
As long as your stone passes inspection, we’re excited to incorporate it into your custom piece!
How long does it take to create a custom piece?
Our custom pieces are crafted with care and intention. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks after you approve the final design, and depending on the complexity of the piece and materials selected. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
Do you offer engraving or personalization?
Yes, we offer custom engraving on many pieces. You can personalize your jewelry with initials, dates, or meaningful messages — just use the contact form or email us at admin@parvinjewels.com let us know what you’d like.
What if I need my piece sooner than 3–4 weeks?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please reach out to us directly to discuss expedited options.
Do you ship custom pieces internationally?
International shipping is available through our retailers. Rates and delivery times vary by location. If you need a piece internationally shipped, please reach out to our retailers and they will be happy to assist you.
What is your return policy ?
As our pieces are made specifically for you and personalized to your specifications they are non-refundable. However, if there’s an issue with craftsmanship or materials, we’ll work with you to make it right.
